Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Secure Our Cloud website, client portal, and related services (collectively, the “Services”). By using the Services, you agree to these Terms.

Important: If you have a separate written agreement with Secure Our Cloud (such as an MSA, SOW, or SLA), that agreement may control where it conflicts with these Terms.

1) Accounts and Access

To use certain features, including the client portal, you may be required to have an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

3) RMM Services, Remote Access, and Authorization

If you receive RMM-related services from Secure Our Cloud, you understand and agree that the Services may include remote monitoring, automated maintenance, and remote access to supported systems within the scope authorized by you or your organization. Remote access may be used to troubleshoot, perform updates, apply security fixes, remediate threats, and provide requested support.

You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to authorize Secure Our Cloud to access and manage the devices and systems covered by the Services (including systems owned by third parties where applicable).

4) Monitoring Logs, Ticketing Data, and Service Records

The Services may generate and store records such as monitoring logs, alerts, patch results, asset details, remote session metadata, and ticketing records (including communications and attachments). These records are used for operations, support history, auditability, security, and improving service quality.

5) Changes to Services

We may update, modify, or discontinue any part of the Services from time to time to improve security, reliability, and functionality. Where practical, we will attempt to provide notice of material changes.

6) Third-Party Services

The Services may integrate with or link to third-party services. Secure Our Cloud is not responsible for third-party content, availability, or practices, and third-party services may be subject to separate terms.

If you purchase paid Services, you agree to pay applicable fees and taxes. Fees are generally non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing or required by law.

8) Intellectual Property

The Services, including branding, design, and platform content, are owned by Secure Our Cloud or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. No rights are granted except as expressly stated in these Terms.

9) Disclaimers

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SECURE OUR CLOUD DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.

10) Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT WILL SECURE OUR CLOUD BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES.

11) Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Services if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, created a security risk, or used the Services unlawfully. You may stop using the Services at any time.
